Yoga, Pilates, Aston Kinetics & Self Myofascial Release are practices that tap into our inherent wisdom to build strength, gain flexibility, prevent injury, support healing, improve posture & function, cultivate body awareness & develop mindfulness. 

These systems are potent medicine when fused with our understanding of the body’s regenerative healing systems, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics & psychology. Together, they support our desire to live better - train for performance, heal from injury, live a centered life, learn sustainable practices for longevity or support fertility & pregnancy.

YOGA + PILATES.
Yoga & Pilates are two movement systems that meet you where you are as you are. Whether you’re an athlete or recovering from injury, you will gain real world benefits - strength, resilience, awareness & clarity. 
Intentional movement builds awareness, which is a vital part of accessing our inherent intelligence to keep us vibrant, active & healthy.


ASTON KINETICS.
Aston Kinetics is a system that teaches us how to take advantage of the two forces we live with on our planet, gravity & ground reaction force. Knowing how to relate to these dynamic forces helps our movement become more efficient & easeful, improves posture, re-patterns old injury & habits into healthy patterns for living.

SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE.
Self Myofascial Release is a technique used to maintain the health of our body’s connective tissues. Connective tissues house sensory cells, hyaluronic acid & collagen which are all important for the communication, hydration & stability of our physical structures. Your body can feel vibrant & healthy by incorporating myofascial release as a self-care routine.  


CHINESE MEDICINE IN YOGA.
The Traditional Chinese Medicine model is a multidimensional approach to the body in that it takes into account not just the physiology of the body but also the energetics of the body, the psycho-emotional aspects of the mind & even our relationship to the world around us. We can incorporate understandings of meridians & acupuncture pressure points into our fitness routine and design an individualized therapeutic practice to bring greater balance & healing to our body & mind.
Traditional Chinese Medicine has been shown to affect a variety of conditions such as chronic pain, respiratory issues, infertility, menstrual issues, fatigue, insomnia, stress, anxiety, mood disorders & more.


MEDITATION.
Modern science is proving what ancient wisdom has been teaching for 1000’s of years. Meditation is good for you.
For ages, people around the world have used contemplative practices for spiritual, emotional & physical well being. Practiced often, meditation has the capacity to re-wire our brains & alter our traits.
Neuroscientists have discovered meditation decreases anxiety, stress & depression. It improves memory, self-awareness & goal setting. It decreases blood pressure & strengthens the immune system. It helps us manage symptoms of heart disease, diabetes & cancer.
Meditation can be a powerful & effective tool for learning how to care & support our physical and mental health. Over all it improves our quality of life so that we can thrive.
